Nominations are accepted on a continual basis.

Nominations of individuals may be made by any person living or working in the Fort Smith region.

Self-nominations by interested individuals are encouraged.

An application and the 2010-2011 program calendar will be sent to each nominee in March 2010.
Application deadline will be May 10, 2010.
